A Big Thank You

It has been 9 months since Madeline sadly passed away following several years suffering from Alzheimer's.  Since then my life has changed, but I have no excuses for not thanking people for their support and words of kindness.

As many will know we supported the Alzheimer's Association and following Maddy's demise, with your help (individually and via the BTA), we managed to donate well in excess of £1K to the AA.  A great achievement for which I am grateful.  Another big thank you goes to Karen and Richard Button for representing the BTA at Maddy's Funeral and for their continued contact and support.

It may be belated but I wish you all continued health, a happy Christmas and prosperous New Year.

BTA Calendar Competition

Deadline 1st JULY 2011

The Bedlington Terrier Association will again be producing a calendar for 2012.

So get your cameras out and start taking pictures if you want to see your dog in print.  Photos can include other pets with your Beddies but not humans! Must be high quality photos to enable us to produce the best calendar we can. 

Entries are £1 per photograph, competition will be judged by independent Judge and WINNERS will be given a 2012 Calendar. 

Photos can be sent by post or email, but they must have a clear definition.  If sent by email - sarah.harris1@hotmail.co.uk, the photo will not be placed into the competition until payment received. 

Photos and fee to be sent to Mrs Sarah Davidson, 35 Hale Reeds, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 9BN.  Cheques made payable to the BTA.

If you would like your picture back, please enclose a stamped self addressed envelope and include your name on the back of the photo. 

So get snapping now!

Remember all profits from the calendar go towards helping the Bedlington.

It is with great regret that the Bedlington Terrier Association has had to cancel the ‘Top Bedlingtons of the Year Competition’ on the morning of Sunday May 16th 2010 due to a lack of interest in the event. However, the Committee would like to welcome everyone to all the other activities at the Fun Day which will have something for everyone.
